Holland in the World Cup Finals

World Cup Appearances:
France 1998 was Holland's 7th appearance in the World Cup Finals.

Best World Cup Performance:
Holland have been in the final twice, West Germany 1974 and Argentina 1978, but they have never won the cup.

Even the Johan Cruyff inspired dream team playing total football could not overcome the mastery of Argentina, or the discipline of Germany.
